Enquiry Form: The Enquiry form (below) is there so you can enquire about services or availability. No question is too silly, please do ask. If you are just enquiring about booking, let me know your availability.
Online Bookings: To check my availability, or to book directly, you can use the ‘Book Now’ buttons found on most pages of the website. To book this way, click on the ‘Book Now’ button, select the kind of service you want and then click the blue ‘See Times’ box. This will display available time slots in my calendar. Pick a slot and follow the booking instructions.
NB: You don’t pay until your session unless we’re doing online video-conference counselling or coaching. If there don’t appear to be any available appointments, either keep forwarding the diary until you find one (you may have to click any ‘See More’ links) or contact me directly using any of the methods above.
How to find me
Hill Head Road, Hill Head, Fareham, PO143JL
(Further directions to address will be provided on booking)
By Car: I’m about a 10-minute drive from Fareham town centre (outside of rush hour). If you’re travelling via the M27 you can take Junction 9 or 11 if you’re coming from the west and Junctions 9,10 or 11 if coming from the east.
Public Transport: There are buses that connect from Fareham and Gosport. Click here for more information.
Parking: There are often spaces nearby on the street but failing that it is usually possible to park a little further down in one of the side streets nearby. Between April and September parking is restricted to one side of the street.
On Arrival: I have no waiting room and I will only be able to welcome you at the exact time of your appointment. When you arrive, there is a small porch and my doorbell is the top one, marked ‘Haven Counselling’, just ring and I’ll come and find you.
In order to avoid potential awkwardness for both you and other clients I encourage clients not to wait by the property before or after sessions although you should know the practice does share access with a couple of other residents but is usually fairly quiet.
Access: There is a small step from the pavement, but my practice room is at street level at the end of a short corridor.
